Above and beyond

I saw the car advertised, and rang Howard who told me all about the car over the phone. As I was buying blinds, its always a bit daunting but i knew things were ok. I told Howard about my issues as I couldn't get down to see the car as i was so far away. Within an hour he agreed to deliver the car to me. The car arrived yesterday, exactly as described with all the paperwork etc. Howard and his son are absolutely fantastic, how it should be done. A professional and smooth transaction. We will definitely be buying from him again. Thanks, Howard.

Howard Dean Car Sales Limited - I've been looking to buy a new car for a while. I found a car I liked at this car dealership. Howard was really friendly and knowledgeable when I called. Gave great customer service when I went to view the car after work. Howard had very kindly stayed open because I would be arriving after hours. Needless to say, the car was immaculate, I went for a test drive and arranged to collect the car the next day. I cannot recommend Howard Dean Car Sales enough. I highly recommend Howard, a really nice and genuine person.

Phoned for viewing first thing in the morning and the car was ready for my arrival the same day. The owner Howard and his son were fantastic, very professional, and none of the usual salesman nonsense you get. Gave me plenty of time to look over the car and paperwork and had a lovely test drive. The car was exactly as shown in the pictures and described. Communication was excellent. Drove away in the car shortly after, one very happy customer. Have been to alot of garages having bad experiences and this one is definitely 5*. Thank you so much, I recommend it to anyone.
